Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights because your satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged or faulty products
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a product you have purchased from Bevmart is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will happily refund your money or provide an exchange. We’ll also cover the delivery fee and cost of delivery for the return. We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a damaged or faulty product.

Change of mind
We offer returns for 30 days from the date of purchase or other advertised returns periods. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Bevmart for a refund or store credit is solely at the customer's own expense.
Our change of mind returns policy can be found below:
As long as the return is placed in the post within 30 days of receipt of order confirmation email (or longer promotional return period, if applicable);
Items must be unopened and unused and in a saleable condition;
Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition including sealed gift boxes; and
Items have not been specifically excluded from the change of mind returns policy, such as ‘Final Sale’ items and items excluded for hygiene reasons. The exclusion will be noted on the relevant product page on our Site and / or at checkout.
